J.H. It's surprising to me that I don't see a 5 star rating overall, because every time I am here I feel it is a 5 star experience! We have three dogs and all three are seen by Dr. Heather. The staff is warm and welcoming, and Dr. Heather is wonderful. I have never had a long wait or unpleasant experience here. Highly recommend!

A.L. Excellent experience. Staff was friendly, knowledgeable and considerate. Being new to the area, our biggest concern was finding a good place for our two dogs medical needs. River Oaks, in my eyes, can be beat by none. I highly recommend it to anyone.

Every person I dealt with was caring, knowledgeable, friendly and made sure I knew exactly what was happening at all times. They took excellent care of my dog Cody and I highly recommend them.

We have 3 cats, a couple with special needs, and have had very good care and responsiveness from Dr. Heather and the staff at River Oaks Animal Hospital, especially with TJ's meds, and Ronnie's and Lady's special diets. When their has been an emergency they get us an appointment quickly. We have found that the staff is very caring.

Getting the right enzyme combinations saved her from damage that would have been permanent. Dr Heather Duncan and team, Brian, Maggie Lauren, Victoria are excellent. caring, professional, people who show their care to the animals and their human parents. Always great follow up on service. Suki and I am are lucky to have found this team at River Oaks. Thanks to all!

J.T. Great place to bring your dog for whatever! Our dog was boarded here over the weekend. The staff was very helpful. They do charge for a check-up if it's the first time being boarded. They discovered a tooth that needed to be pulled and after talking with us did it and watched him for us. Great service and great care for our pet!
