DOSAGE: In dairy cattle, administer 6-16 ounces per head, per day for 10 days. Severe cases of ketosis may require larger doses. Before administering Propylene Glycol to cows suffering from milk fever, mastitis, or metritis, consult a veterinarian.
PREVENTION: In dairy cattle, administer 6-8 fluid ounces per day beginning 2 weeks before calving and continuing 6 weeks after calving.
