S.W. This is a wonderful place to take your four-legged friend. The entire staff from the office to the veterinarian are wonderful. The all show kindness, compassion and respect for your feelings as well as your pet's.

T.I. During the summer of 2021, our cat snuck out and was gone for nearly 6 weeks. The kind family that found him brought him to ANVH for care (they brought their other pets here) and we followed suit. We now also have two kittens and care has been great for all three furry kids.. The staff is always attentive and pleasant, and the docs are all amazing.. Like every vet in the universe, it may take a bit to get in. BUT.. one of our kittens has a heart condition and was finally cleared by his cardiologist for anesthesia and the part I (and my carpet) was very excited about.. neutering! They were able to find me a pre-op appointment quickly and there was a surgery opening the same week! Always thankful for their help -- especially the most recent neutering :).

P.P. Dr Nathan is very smart, compassionate and does an excellent job of explaining everything. The staff is efficient and nice, too. When my cat died, the office staff sent me a beautiful sympathy card. They are the best.

K.Y. We have been taking Greta (our now 7-year-old cat) to this vet her entire life. She’s had oral surgery here and a claw infection treated. We actually moved to Squirrel Hill from the North Hills a few years ago and I still drive to ANVH. Worth it. Taking a new sneezy kitten in today.

M.A.W. We just had our first visit and I'm really impressed. Having left our vet of nearly 30 years due to a move, finding someone new for our furbabies was serious. Shortly after our move, our bully hurt her leg. While the prognosis wasn't what I wanted to hear, Dr. Lisa was patient and thorough with our options. I'm so glad I took the advice of so many on be Nextdoor - great place.
