    Services

    Bathing
Treat your pet to a luxurious bath. Our special, cleansing baths remove dirt, debris and that doggie pet odor – your pet will feel fresh and revitalized. If scratching is a problem, our medicated baths contain soothing agents that stop the itching. Services also include nail trim and ear cleaning.

    Behavioral Medicine
Illness doesn't always have a physical cause. Our team of qualified veterinarians can help determine the cause of such disorders as separation anxiety and obsessive behavior, and then develop a treatment regimen for the client.

    Birds
Providing proper medical care for birds requires specialized training and skills. We employ staff veterinarians who possess experience in the care and treatment of birds. Our staff veterinarians can advise you as to the dietary, maintenance, hygiene and medical needs of your feathered friend.

    Blood Transfusion
We maintain a supply of blood for all types of pets in case of emergency. The blood is collected from donor pets that live with their owners, and all blood is carefully screened for disease.

    Boarding
Pets are like our children – we feed, nurture and lavish attention on them. Our highly qualified kennel attendants do the same when you can't be there. We provide tender loving care (such as brushing and cuddling), and supervised outdoor playtime to keep them happy and active.

    Day Care
Is your pet unhappy or lonely while you're at work? Give your companion the personal attention he or she deserves throughout the day. We offer the same TLC and playtime offered to our longer-term guests.

    Dental Care
Regular professional cleaning is important to maintaining your pet's teeth. We use modern and safe ultrasound to clean each tooth thoroughly - above and below the gum line. Dental technicians polish teeth to create a smooth, lustrous tooth surface more resistant to plaque buildup. Fluoride treatments help strengthen enamel and reduce tooth sensitivity. Advanced dental care is available, including root canals, caps and braces.

    Emergency and Critical Care
In any emergency, seconds count. Our experienced staff is backed up by our mobile resuscitation unit, stocked and equipped to administer the ABCs of basic life support – Airway, Breathing, Circulation/Cardiac compressions. Emergency care is offered during regular business hours. In addition, we use the services of a local, fully staffed emergency center.

    Hospice / Euthanasia Services
Saying goodbye to a long-time friend is painful. We work with clients to ensure their pet's comfort and dignity. Services include taking care of the remains as directed by the client.

    House Calls
Our mobile health unit responds to house calls if you are unable to bring your pet to the clinic.

    Immunization and Wellness Care
We strive to prevent illness whenever possible. The time and effort invested in Wellness programs has rewards for both pets and owners. Our Wellness programs are designed specifically for your pet and include: Comprehensive physical exam; internal parasite testing; heartworm and flea control; vaccination program; spay and neuter package; and specialized blood tests for all life stages.

    Internal Medicine
We cover all areas of internal medicine, including: Cardiology; Ophthalmology; Neurology; Dermatology; Gastroenterology; Orthopedic surgery; Oncology; Endocrinology; among others.

    Microchipping
Microchips have helped reunite thousands of pets with their families. We offer the most widely used microchip products to increase the chances of a safe recovery.

    Nutritional Counseling
Some pets require special food, and all pets benefit from a balanced diet. Our trained and certified staff is available to help you choose the right diet for your pet to keep him or her happy, healthy and active.

    Pain Management
Veterinary patients feel pain and discomfort under the same circumstances as people do. We know that recognizing and alleviating pain in animals is the essence of good patient care.

    Fully Stocked Pharmacy
We stock a wide range of the best veterinary drugs in the animal healthcare field.

M.K. My dog ingested something and was vomiting, heavy drooling. The took us right away. with the proper care by the Doctor, she made a full recovery. Thank you Michelle.
C.G. The staff was so friendly and the facility is so spacious and clean. The doctor needed to see my puppy girl while she was being boarded. The doctor called and talked to me about what they were doing and kept me informed every day. Really a fabulous experience.!
D.Z. We are extremely pleased with the care our Luci receives at Cleveland Park Animal Hospital. Dr. Clark and the staff always go the extra mile to Luci comfortable and stress free as possible. We always make it a point to tell family and friends about the excellent experience at Cleveland Park Animal Hospital.
A.H. The pup and I love going to Cleveland Park Simpsonville! Everyone on staff is kind, courteous, and professional. Whether we are going in for a routine check-up or something more serious, I am always comfortable and confident we're getting the best service! As an added bonus, my pup loves the attention and occasional extra snack!
A.M. Had great service here. I had to make a weekend appointment and my usual vet is closed on the weekend. They were really easy to schedule with. I arrived to my appointment with my big baby Great Pyrenees and there were 2 other dogs in the waiting room that saw my dog and got excited and they got very vocal and started to make my dog nervous. They moved those dogs into a room to make my dog more comfortable. All in all I loved their facility and even though I have never been there before they were extremely nice. I am considering moving all of our pets to this location for future services. Thank you all for taking care of my best friend.
M.W. Have taken my dog to Cleveland Park Animal Hospital for approximately a year. The staff is friendly and engaging and, of course, my dog loves them. They are also very communicative and respond to questions and concerns with care. Vet care is expensive, so it's great when my dog is not only cared for appropriately, but it is done with such extraordinary kindness.
A.D. Very nice facility, friendly staff. They take great car with the dogs, even the difficult ones. One of my dogs is very finicky and he really liked the vet tech who sat on the floor to get him comfortable with her. They don't try to oversell you on anything, just give you the information and let you decide what is best. Prices are also very reasonable. This is definitely our vet of choice for our two pups.
J.H. My father in law had to put his dog Dottie to sleep Wednesday, after losing his wife (Dottie’s mama) two years ago. We could tell he immediately regretted not getting her ashes back to spread them with Dottie’s mom at Pretty Place. I sent in a message Thursday night to see if there was a chance Dottie hadn’t been taken yet - and she was still there! Jill called me first thing Friday morning to let me know she changed the cremation so we could get her ashes. I know us giving him the ashes will give him some peace as he visits Pretty Place. Thank you for quickly following up on my message, Jill.
