D.W. Great experience from the moment we walked in to the moment we left. And I brought three dogs to this visit and was put in a room immediately. Shortly there after, the vet tech was with us. Asking questions and filling out our info and our needs. And very quick work with her shots and toenail clipping. Soon there after, the vet was in the room and explained everything and thoroughly checked the dogs and gave their shots expertly and quickly. Some great advice was also given on allergies, and soon we were out of there. Quick work at the checkout counter, and back in our car. Three dogs, one hour :-). we love Above And Beyond pet clinic.

J.B. Dr. Ishida and his staff were wonder and did a great job in taking care of my little Zoey. They were very patient and understanding with me as I tried to grasp the diagnosis of my baby having diabetic ketoacidosis. If it wasn’t for his quick assessment and diagnosis, she may have not made it. Thank you so much❣️.

L.J. I will take every pet that I have to the Above and Beyond Pet Care Hospital as long as I live in Lubbock. Every person that I talked to was so nice. The vet tech was so patient and kind with my Rio. She talked to him and treated him like he was her own. The vet is so informative and kind as well. He is helpful and answers all questions. The prices are fair as well. Taking care of our fur babies can be expensive but this place is helpful. Thank you all at Above and Beyond for helping me and Rio.

C.B. This is a wonderful place! We have taken three pets here and every time the staff and Dr. Ishida have been so helpful, caring, and informative. They are always upfront about costs, and explain what's going to be done and why. And Dr. Ishida always spends a lot of time after procedures are done explaining the results and giving recommendations. The first time we went there we were shocked by how long he spent talking to us, but now we know it's what he does with every pet! And if you have a fear aggressive cat, like we do, they are also very understanding about that and figured out a way to get her examined. I would definitely recommend Above and Beyond to everybody!

D.L. Dr. and stsff were very kind and knowledgeable about my pets health care. They even had a specialist come in and do a test on my dog. Dr called and talked to me for about 30 minutes to explain test results. And future care and things we could to to improve my dogs health issues. Above and Beyond is a wonderful facility. And I would highly recommend it.

C.F. My first visit to Above & Beyond was to have my dog, Freckles, seen after she was attacked by another, bigger Dog than her. She had 4 bite wounds that I was afraid would get infected. The staff at the vet hospital were kind, friendly and compassionate to me and my dog. They explained what they would do and that I would need to leave her there for a couple of hours. Less than 2 hours later, the vet called me and explained that Freckles would be fine, her wounds were superficial and would be healed in 10 days or so. The care that everyone there showed me, put my fear at ease and eased Freckles too!
