Rice Village Animal Hospital first opened July 4, 1976 and through the years has become known as a comprehensive medical/surgical hospital with a focus on high quality care for dogs and cats. They are a member of the American Animal Hospital Association (AAHA).

It is their desire to provide the best medical and surgical care for the patients and to offer the best possible service for the clients. It is also their desire to provide a friendly, team-oriented place of employment for all members of the Rice Village Animal Hospital staff.

The hospital's clients are friends as well as customers and the staff value their continued trust and goodwill. Courtesy and patience with clients and their pets are our priorities. An attitude of "We are glad you are here!" is conveyed to each and every client, as well as staff members.

S. I love coming to this clinic! They are so caring, they listen to all my concerns, and they make me feel at ease. They were also so accommodating and gave me a same day appt. They are also so sweet to my kitty and treat him so kindly ♥️ it helps that he is the best boy ever! And special shout out to Dr. Ron! What a caring doctor. I knew my cat was in good hands with her. I wish human doctors are this caring sometimes.

A.S. 5 stars for Dr. Krueger. I’ve been taking my elderly dog here for years but the service lately has been off the charts since Dr. Krueger joined the team. He takes his time with us at every appointment and we never feel rushed or taken advantage of. He is quick to respond to emails and calls and always takes a conservative approach to treatment, which we appreciate. The office staff and vet techs are great as well.

M.S. Great front desk service from beginning to end. The techs were awesome and of course I cannot say enough about Dr Krueger! Thank you all!

S. What a pleasant experience. I was so nervous coming to the vet being a first time cat mom, but they made me feel at ease. They were so accommodating, easy to make appointments, and very sweet and caring with my cats.

C.H. I have been taking my cat here for about 2 years and now have started taking my new puppy. I LOVE this vet. The main vet, Dr. Krueger, is super knowledgeable and intentional. I feel super confident with my animals in his hands. Plus all of the covering vets are just as good. I’ve never been disappointed leaving this vet. Great treatment, prices, attention to detail, love for my animals, and treatment for their issues. I would 100% recommend this vet to all!
