Each veterinarian and team member is deeply committed to the health and well-being of your pet. We love animals as much as you do! Our patients include dogs, cats, rabbits, ferrets, guinea pigs, hamsters, gerbils, mice, rats, iguanas, lizards, turtles, and tortoises.

K.S. Whichever Hope Springs location Dr. LaDell is at (Pembroke or Sajo) I will schedule my "baby's" appointment. The staff at Hope Springs are GREAT and Dr. LaDell is AWESOME! And let's not forget Haley, who is always pleasant and cordial.

J.B. I absolutely love hope springs! My cat had an appointment this morning with Dr. LaDell and I couldn’t be happier with my experience. The entire staff was super friendly and kind to my pet. Any questions I had Dr. LaDell and her tech (I’m so sorry I can’t remember your name! ) were very thorough with their responses and explaining things in a way that was easy for me to understand. Also, the waiting room and patient rooms were very clean and sanitary. I can’t recommend them enough. Thank you! You all are amazing at what you do and I’m so thankful that have found such a wonderful practice.

J.W. I cannot rave about this Vet group enough! I take my cat to the Sajo farms location. The staff was extremely friendly, the vet helped give us different options to fit our budget, and they addressed all of our concerns.. I started fostering 2 emaciated puppies. I couldn't get an appointment with Sajo Farms for a few days, so they gave us the option to come to the Pembroke office the next day. Again, the staff was extremely pleasant, the vet helped get us everything we needed done for the puppies within our budget, and are helping us in any way they can.

M.H. Dr Vaillant has been a lifesaver. literally. for my fur babies. She was able to provide exceptional care for my 2 dogs until passed away last year, but gave them several extra quality years of life that they would not have had if they had not been under her care. I will always be grateful for that extra time I had with Tucker and Maddie thanks to Dr Vaillant.

C.R. I had to rush my dog in because I thought he was choking on a bone and they were the kindest people ever. They responded in less than 30 seconds to my rushing im the door and yelling that he was choking. They were super fast and gentle. The staff there was amazing, kind, supportive, and helpful. I went here because it was closer than my original vet (bay beach vet) but im never going there again, this place is a million times better. My baby is safe in my arms again!

H.G. Frankie and I LOVE the staff at Hope Springs Vet at Pembroke. You will see him barking with excitement and practically jumping out of the car to go see all of his friends at the vet. They are so responsive, professional and personal and truly love Frankie, which is all you can hope for in a vet. I am forever thankful for this amazing Vet. If you’re a Bulldog Mom or Dad and are looking for a vet, that truly knows and loves the breed, then this is your place! We are so thankful for all y’all do! - Heidi, Keith & Frankie ?.

N.O. A week after I got Koda he had tapeworms (he was 8 weeks old) I had horrible luck trying to find a vet to take him in and now I know why! It was because he was meant to find the BEST vet ever which is here! Not only is the staff super friendly and responsive they aren’t trying to drain your wallet but rather figure out what’s really going in with your fur baby. All my past experiences with previous vets have been horrible, super expensive, and no diagnosis. Not here, here they are willing to work with you and find what’s wrong with your fur babies with reasonable prices. I’m so happy Koda has been well taken care of here since he was just a baby. 5 stars all around (:.

S.K. First of all it's so nice to go to a doctor's office where the front office staff is nice, friendly & professional! I could go on and on for my doggies care taker, Dr. Valiant. She is the best and so are all the techs. My little chihuahua can be a little feisty sometimes but they handle him with patience and care. They are the best!
