The vet tech even gave my pup homemade pumpkin treats once we were finished!.
I took my cat in and had a very bad experience with the staff the first night.
The vet and technicians were very kind, empathetic, and compassionate.

B.I.A. They were very sweet and informative! They took really good care of my Hera and her three new babies. They calmed me down from panicking and she delivered safe and happy beans.

S.B. We brought out German Shepherd in for not eating. They were wonderful working with her and admitting her. Communication was great, they kept me updated along the way with both good and bad news. I also saw them deal with other emergencies while we were there. They were so compassionate and thorough.

K.N. I can say with almost certainty that they saved my dogs life. They were very expensive, but amazing. I called almost every 4 hours and spoke with either the vet, or a tech for 3 days straight and I was able to visit my pup. They were kind and caring and accommodating, and sometimes that's all you really ask for. The care they did for my dog I did not feel was unnecessary but with it being an emergency vet the pricing was high. That would be the reason I gave them 4 stars and not 5. Not their fault, though.

A.K. Could not be more pleased and grateful for this clinic. We had to rush our sick cat in one night and they took no time in accessing his situation, providing us an estimate, and getting him to surgery in less than an hour. Through his whole treatment, the staff was attentive to him and us- updating us with every change and every course of action. Costs were reasonable and expected. Throughout the whole process we felt cared for and could not be happier with the recovery of our animal! 10/10 for any pet emergency or inquiry.

K.B. Absolutely top notch care! The staff is very friendly and helpful. It is very obvious that everyone there is an animal lover and they all treated our cat with kindness and love. All of the discharge care instructions were explained well and we went home with everything we needed to care for her. Dr. Lorge is a wonderful vet, she is amazing! Would definitely recommend and use again.

M.P. We brought in our sweet kitty cat who suddenly became paralyzed in his rear. We came in at about 11:30 and they weren't busy thankfully. They were prompt at getting us in and checked out. Unfortunately, our kitty was quickly diagnosed with a saddle thrombus and there was nothing that could be done. Danielle was our vet and she was very gentle, kind, and professional in delivering the news and explaining what was happening. She seemed to care very much about the comfort of our sweet boy. She was thorough in explaining all of our options and she made sure we were as involved in the process as possible. She was professional and gentle when putting him to sleep, allowing us to hold him. They allowed us space and time to say our goodbyes.. I was saddened that Danielle said "I hate to be the villain here" when delivering the news. I'm so sorry that some people have made you feel that way. Losing a pet is never easy but it's not fair to blame you for things that are out of your control. I'm grateful that our kitties comfort was your priority and that you were gentle and professional. It made the process much easier and less traumatic for us.. They were also prompt at sending the information to my primary Vet. Overall a good experience, despite the circumstances.. And remember, be kind to your vets!

B.K. We had to take our 8 month olds Aussie, Koe, here at midnight Friday night. Staff was very friendly and caring. They communicated very well and kept us updated throughout the time we were there. The staff made us feel comfortable and at ease in a very upsetting situation. Highly recommend for emergency care.
